Our 3 training phases (strength, endurance & power) are programmed for all fitness levels and designed for maximum results. Enjoy dual trainer coverage as our energic trainers guide you through your periodization and evolving dynamic movements. Our music playlists are engineered for each class so give it your all and let your adrenaline ride to every bass line.
 
 
 
 

Cycle

Whether you are looking to improve your outdoor ride or you just want a fun cardio blast, our two signature cycle formats (Sync & Power) give you what you want out of a ride and more. Enjoy your ride on our state of the art cybex bikes that have real time metric tracking. Heart rate zone tracking is available for both formats.
 
 
 
 

YOGA

Stronger Body, Stronger Mind. The Yoga lab is where science meets traditional yoga. Invigorate your body as we incorporate traditional yoga with anatomy based movement. We offer 5 formats for our members to have a well-rounded yoga practice. The yoga lab stands on it’s own or as a perfect compliment to the H.I.I.T. & Cycle programs. Students have the options to wear Heart Rate Monitors in all classes.
